Application Developer - Virtual
Full-time, temp-to-hire position for an experienced web application developer. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and building flexible, scaleable systems. We require 10 - 15 years of relational database application development experience and 3 - 5 years experience with PHP and MySQL. Must have excellent system architecture, application / database design, written, verbal, documentation, and project management skills. We operate primarily in a virtual environment and the ability to manage priorities and work independently from a home office is absolutely essential. Additional consideration will be given to candidates with Linux system administration experience, including Apache customization, configuration and security, advanced MySQL administration including replication, DNS administration, IDS and firewall configuration, and mail server administration.
