Intellectual Property Policy

EventSalon respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our users to do the same. We have no responsibility for content on other Web sites that you may find or access when using our Web service. Material available on or through other Web sites may be protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries, including the copyright laws. The terms of use of those Web sites, and not those of EventSalon, govern your use of that material.

EventSalon, in its sole discretion, may disable and/or terminate the login privileges of Members and/or Organizations that deliberately and/or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of EventSalon and/or third parties. EventSalon may also remove any and all Events content posted on behalf of such Organizations.

Notifying EventSalon of Alleged Infringement:
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide EventSalon with the following information:

1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the EventSalon Web site, with enough detail that we may find it on the Web site;

3. Your address, telephone number, and email address;

4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright/intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;

5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information you have provided to EventSalon is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf; and

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If you are seeking permission to use EventSalon trademarks, service marks, logos, slogans, screen shots, copyrighted designs, or other brand features, please contact Permissions@EventSalon.com.

This Intellectual Property Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont without regard to conflicts of law principles.
