How to Post Events in 3 Easy Steps

Please take time to read this overview
before registering to post your Events

Find Events Fast uses a multi-step process to insure that we only accept Events from valid Organizations. This differs from other Web sites where you may have posted Events in the past.  However, once the process is completed, you simply log in with your Member Account and manage your Events.  

Additional instructions:

 - if you are not using an e-mail account associated with your Organization's domain

 - if you are registering and posting Events for multiple Organizations

 

Step #1 Create a Member Account

This step does not allow you to post your Events.  It does identify the individual posting Events for your Organization. 

  1. Complete the New Member Registration Form
  2. Respond to the New Member Registration confirmation e-mail within 24 hours to activate your Member Account

IMPORTANT: If you fail to activate your Member Account within 24 hours we assume the account is bogus and delete the Member information.  It can be re-entered after 24 hours.

Step #2 Create an Organization Account

This account will allow you to login with your "Member AccountĒ and post your Organizationís Events.

  1. Login to FindEventsFast™ using your Member Account and complete the Organization Registration Form
    (if you represent multiple Organizations you can create a separate Organization account for each one Ė contact us with any questions)

Note: The Organizationís e-mail address defaults to your Member e-mail address and can be changed for each Event as appropriate

  1. Respond to the New Organization Registration confirmation e-mail within 24 hours to activate your Organizationís account

 Step #3 Enter Your Events

As soon as you respond to the New Organization Registration confirmation e-mail you can enter your Events. 

  1. Login to Find Events Fast using your Member Account and enter your Events

Note: As soon as you have responded to the Organization verification e-mail you may enter and update your Events. 

Events will not be visible in the search results until after your Organization has been validated

Find Events Fast verifies the existence of the Organization and insures that the Member is authorized to post Events on their behalf.  The time to complete the vetting process varies according to the registration information supplied (non-Organization domain e-mail addresses require us to contact the Organization directly and wait for their response). Upon successful completion of the validation process you will receive an e-mail confirmation at the Organizationís e-mail address and all of your Events will immediately be visible in the search results.
